Position Summary

The position works with the Manager and Director to develop and produce pro forma business plans for strategic initiatives of Phoenix Children`s. This position will assist and/or coordinate on all pro forma development within the department. The Sr Financial Decision Support Analyst assists with the capital budget, operating budget, and long range financial plan. This position is expected to have an emphasis on superior customer service and high quality of work product.

Position Duties

• Coordinates with Senior Leadership, Strategy, Finance and Clinical Operations to develop and build out financial pro formas for strategic joint ventures and internal growth initiatives of the hospital and employed physician group.
• Coordination and oversight of pro forma development produced by the Department throughout the year and for the annual capital budget.
• Works directly with the budgeting team to incorporate all pro forma and financial planning impacts into the long range financial plan and operating budget.
• Works closely with management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations of financial plans, trends, and operating forecasts.
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
