Phoebe is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our dedicated nursing team! Required to work Every Other Weekend and No Holidays.

Skills crucial to success in this role: 

• Responsible to perform a variety of duties in order to provide quality nursing care to residents.
• Oversee the nursing care to residents and maintain consistency of operations in the nursing neighborhood.
• Assess residents and analyze information to develop a plan of care.
• Plan and implement individualized care plans for residents based upon assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments, as well as I.V. Fluids and supplemental nourishments
• Perform rounds according to established daily schedules, document residents’ progress, deterioration, changes in condition, etc.
• Coordinate work within neighborhoods and other departments
• Respond to inquiries or requests for information.
• Meet with residents or residents’ family members to resolve concerns or complaints related to care.
• Directly supervise a group of nursing assistants, LPNs, and RNs to ensure their assignments within designated neighborhoods are completed.

Must Have's:

• Graduate of a comprehensive nursing program; current Pennsylvania license to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification 
• Two years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations
• Supervisory skills and ability to manage a small group of employees.

Total rates include base rate, shift differentials, and signing bonus.
