We are seeking a compassionate, caring Recruiting Coordinator with long-term care experience who is interested in joining our dedicated team which provides the excellent quality of care for which Phoebe is known at our Allentown campus.

**Benefit days are available for employees with a regular status of greater than 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure each component of the recruiting plan is maintained for all sites.
• Source passive candidates through media database, this includes Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake.
• Post job announcements online to jobs boards, social media, schools.
• Assist TA in accessing incoming resumes.
• Schedule phone screens with Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Prepare electronic audit files to include backgrounds, exclusions, W4, direct deposit, personal data, parking permits, etc.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets, for example, open position reports, referral bonus trackers, sign bonus trackers, recruiting plan trackers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred but not needed.
• Moderate computer skills.
• Understanding of Human Resources policies and practices.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
