Who is right for the job?
Phoebe is seeking experienced candidates to implement Occupational Therapy services for patient and clients. Those services include standard assessment, treatment, and documentation.

**Benefit days are available for employees with a regular status of greater than 32 hours per pay period.
Skills crucial to success in this role:
- Through knowledge of Principles and Practice of Occupational Therapy; effectiveness in assessing resident needs
- Flexes schedule as needed to accommodate changing environments.
- Responsible for achievement of all assigned outcomes and metrics.
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity and drive the implementation of corrective action plans to affect change.
- A passion for providing care and support to a geriatric population on an inpatient or outpatient basis.
- Supervises the care given to patients in the HCC, outpatient facilities and through the home care contracts.
Must Have's:
- Graduate of program in Occupational Therapy approved by the AOTA; certification by the board of American Occupational Therapists; licensed by PA state medical board with an AAS, B.S., M.S. DPT, DOT, DST
- CPR certification
- Proven Supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Proper use of Universal Precautions
- Ability to lift, bend, push and pull.
