Responsibilities: 

Responsible to produce tray tickets and maintain resident data in menu management software. Assists with the execution of the workflows by the hourly staff to deliver the expected dining and hospitality experience for the Residents. Supervises operational results from opening of department through close of department, depending on assigned shift. Responsible for the sanitation and quality assurance results to required standards. Responsible to coach and provide corrective measures to remedy issues and concerns for hourly team members.

Education and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Serve-safe certified preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in related field of dining and hospitality or culinary leadership position.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of food recipes, preparation methods, meal service, and food safety / storage & handling procedures.
• Demonstrates ability to interact with Residents and guests to deliver a high-quality dining hospitality experience.
