Title: Senior Accountant

Job Type: Full-time 100% on-site

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve invoice issues working closely with other departments/warehouses
• Route received invoices for proper approval prior to payment
• Enter payable information into the Company’s general ledger
• Process payments (checks/wires)
• Solve vendor payment issues
• In charge of month end close and financial statements
• Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining supporting records
• Provide accurate and timely reports including financial analysis and operational metrics
• Manage weekly cash flow and Bank reconciliation
• Responsible for sales tax
• Assist with annual financial audit and statutory audits
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
• Maintain fixed asset database
• Resolve expense report discrepancies in compliance with corporate guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills:

• Bi-lingual in English and Chinese Mandarin
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5 years work experience in General Accountant level
• Excellent Excel skills including pivot table, V-look up
• Experience using Microsoft Suite tools: Word, PowerPoint, Teams
• Cross functional collaboration skills with high level of communication
• Detailed oriented, able to multitask and prioritize workloads with competing deadlines
• Self-motivated, quick learner, thrive in a fast-pace environment, team player
• High attention to detail
• Experienced in International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
