Phase Technologies is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Rapid City, SD

ABOUT THE ROLE:

An aggressively enterprising individual who will drive growth in revenue, service solutions, and increase customer satisfaction; develop strategic relationships to align solutions to customers business initiatives; provide leadership, professionalism, and coordination of the sales team; build customer loyalty through consistent performance and providing the company’s core values of relentless innovation, commanding the outcome, uncommon value and promise and deliver.

  • Opportunity Management – Manage the customer relationship based upon direction and opportunity of new projects or technologies. Participate in the development of new project proposals.
  • Sales Management - Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. Develop and manage sales budgets. Direct and coordinate company sales functions. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of other accounts.
  • Marketing Role – Assist in the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services. Research and develop strategies and plans that identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development. Assist in the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
  • Deal Development - Participate in the development of new project proposals.
  • People Management – Manager of the sales team. Coordinating and managing several individuals for specific opportunities.
  • Customer Service – promoting positive relationships with partners, vendors, and distributors.

ABOUT YOU:


Knowledge and Abilities

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
  • Experience in power electronics.
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to travel 35-75% of the time, depending upon the season.

Education, Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business, Finance, or another relevant field.
  • Degree or experience in electronic technology preferred.
  • Five years of experience in a senior-level sales and/or marketing position.

This is an onsite position in Rapid City, SD.


Pay

  • $100,000 to $200,000 per year DOE
