POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing a new sales path across the company’s market segment to accelerate the adoption of our Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Management (RPM) solutions and expand into new markets and geographies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will have a broad set of responsibilities, to deliver on schedule, including:
- Develop a broad target list of prospects from the network and new leads.
- Qualify leads through phone calls and digital communication.
- Prepare presentations for prospective customer audiences.
- Schedule and lead initial sales meetings with prospective customers.
- Track interested customers through the sales process to close in CRM.
- Identify all opportunities to close.
- Prepare sales proposals.
- Contribute solutions, processes, and best practices with the team.
- Maintain customer relationships through implementation and beyond
- Currently Selling to Primary Care Physician practices
- Self-starter with an execution mindset focused on exceeding sales outcomes.
- Authentic, independent, and decisive sales professional who drives results through clear, positive communication, and effective oral and written presentation skills a must.
- Quick learner, intelligent, professional, friendly, and polished; ability to inspire credibility and trust with all customers.
- Ability to listen to healthcare professionals and their staff to tailor a solution to their needs.
- Hit the ground running by bringing and establishing prospective customers and immediately scheduling meetings
Experience: 6 years of experience selling to physician practices especially Primary Care Physicians, Internal medicine, Geriatrics, Cardiologists, and Endocrinologists.
Compensation: COMMISSION ONLY -$1000 - $6000 per new client PLUS 2-year RESIDUALS No cap!
