SCHOOL OPERATIONS MANAGER 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting directly to the School Principal, as the School Operations Manager, you will plan, implement, and maintain maximum operational efficiency for the successful functioning of our school. As the SOM, you are expected to show a high level of flexibility and adaptability while embracing innovation and continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for operational excellence of all non-academic school functions across the school including facilities management, safety and security, school finances, [staff and scholar] technology, and events management.

DO YOU HAVE? 

• Bachelor's degree or 3-8 years of experience working in a K-12 setting
• Experience managing small teams or multiple large projects
• Strong project management skills, ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities, and attention to detail
• Experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyze large amounts of data and perform quantitative analysis
• Demonstrated passion for and commitment to Phalen Leadership Academy
• Facilities and building maintenance experience are highly preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other technology systems; experience with Infinite Campus preferred
