Administrative Coordinator

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the needs of PLA University to
ensure the success of our program. The position duties will include a variety of administrative and clerical
tasks, supporting the National Executive Director and the PLA University teams throughout
the country.

  • Tracks and supports ongoing projects and ensures all project action items are recorded and updated
  • Creates reports, correspondences, spreadsheets, and other instructional documents based on the needs of the PLA University team and ensures information is accessible
  • Ensures task completion following PLA University processes and procedures
  • Provides updates to administration from various stakeholders
  • Work with accounting department and University team to submit and track payment of invoices
  • Directs communication from National Director to other departments
  • Organize meetings and meeting schedules for National Executive Director
  • Attend weekly team meetings and record and distribute meeting minutes
  • Supports team in 100% completion of team priorities
  • Ensures timely responses to all stakeholders 100% of the time
  • Creates, implements, and tracks timelines of project completions
  • Solves 80% of all problems posed by key stakeholders independently
  • Other duties as assigned

DO YOU HAVE? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Education background preferred but not required.

ARE YOU? 

  • A problem solver with strong critical thinking skills
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other technology systems; experience with Infinite Campus preferred
  • A systems thinker with an ability to develop and implement internal systems and processes to increase the effectiveness
