Summary Of Responsibilities: Monitors and encourages compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations through auditing of required documentation submitted by drivers. Provide training to drivers regarding the rules and regulations on the proper completion of all required documents. Provide technical assistance on installation, use, and troubleshooting operation of Electronic Logging Devices.

How YOU Will Make an Impact

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study or Associates degree plus equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to install servers, network equipment, and infrastructure cabling.
• Occasional travel as needed. Typically no more than 2 to 3 weeks per year.
• Support and maintain a variety of technology systems.
• Research, recommend, and implement new systems to support the ability of PGT to meet its business objectives.

Knowledge Of The Following Technologies

• Microsoft On-Premise Active Directory.
• Microsoft Exchange.
• Cisco IOS routing and switching.
• Cisco Meraki.
• Hyper-V and VMware.
• DNS, DHCP, TCP/IPv4 v6.
• Debian/Ubuntu web server stack - LAMP.
• Writing scripts in PowerShell and BASH.
• Amazon AWS.
• HTML, CSS, PHP, and any other web development language are a bonus.

What YOU Need to Succeed

• Working with SIP-based VoIP.
• Dealing with network/internet providers troubleshooting as well as ordering new services.
• Troubleshooting end-user issues.
• Designing and implementing small to medium IP networks.
• Managing the entire scope of an IT project, including scoping requirements, developing a budget, implementation, as well as writing an after-action report to measure success.
• Training end-users in the use of technology, including in large classroom settings.
• Managing a support department, including assigning technicians to available problems based on issue priority and technician skills in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
