Description
Location: Woodland, CA
Schedule: Night Shift, (10:00pm - 6:30am)
Pay: $18.5 per hour shift differential ($1.5 for Night shift)

Accountabilities:
- Perform sanitation duties in a food manufacturing plant, offices, laboratory, break rooms. Duties include: emptying trash cans, replenishing supplies, sweeping, mopping etc.
- Monitor equipment cleaning and effectiveness and carry out post cleaning inspections and verifications – visual, swabs etc.
- Maintain plant exterior grounds including some weed control, picking trash etc. to ensure that these are always maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
- Monitor and coordinate discharge of wastewater discharge including daily cleaning and testing – pH, scheduling pump outs etc.
- Carry out inventory checks, write purchase orders and maintains sanitation inventory.
Requirements
Experience with GMPs and Sanitation practices
Experience in food industry and in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
