Description
Job Purpose and Summary:
Support PGPI Evansville site and HR Department with leading administrative activities (Payroll preparation, Paylocity update, communication with external stakeholders…), providing high quality HR customer service, working on improvement of processes and communication and giving support to Evansville team by advising, coaching and leading training activities.

Job Requirements (Required and Preferred):
Education
· Associate degree and/or 3-5 years of related experience
Related Experience
· Has intermediate skills in HR Information Systems (HRIS), payroll systems such as Paylocity or ADP
· Effective multi-tasking and organizational skills

· Has good knowledge and understanding of FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, SDI, Indiana wage laws (meal, rest break, overtime), benefits (open enrollment and EEOC), and termination requirements

The role is largely office based, with frequent interactions with colleagues both in the office and factory environment.
