We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated a first-rate work ethic, strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, prioritizing organizational needs, developing and managing metrics, providing leadership to think outside of the box, and is creative with recruiting strategies. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Create, execute, and deliver on comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and source qualified diverse candidate pools for consideration.
• Drive the recruiting process with timely engagement with candidates and hiring managers. 
• Partner with management to determine staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop and execute best practices for developing pipelines, screening, and interviewing all candidates
• Responsible for data integrity with Applicant Tracking System
• Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
• Manage internal recruitment between projects.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and offboarding for terminated employees.
• Support benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and audits as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of Human Resources experience, recruiting/talent acquisition experience is preferred 
• Experience within the A/E industry or related professional services firm is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in employment law, recruitment, organizational development, employee engagement, and overall Human Resources functions.
• Ability to interface with Human Resources staff and various levels of staff within the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat X Pro.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking (ATS) and HRIS systems.
• Highly motivated to take ownership of challenging assignments as well as routine tasks.
• Must be extremely proactive with all staff involved in the hiring process.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Outgoing individual, who thrives on making connections and creating relationships.
