Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients computers, servers, and all related IT equipment.
- Make / Receive Phone Calls
- Resolving IT Trouble Tickets
- Updating a ticketing system
- Maintaining notes & documenting time
- Onsite troubleshooting at client locations
Required Skills
- Customer Service Experience
- Understanding of Key Microsoft Products
- Understanding of Windows and Mac Operating System
- Understanding of Mobile Devices i.e Cellphones, Tablets etc.
- Understanding of Network Printers
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Understanding of Software Backup Solutions
Experience
- 1 Years of IT Experience or Equivalent Training
