PGH Networks is Hiring a Help Desk Technician (In-House and Field) Near Pittsburgh, PA

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients computers, servers, and all related IT equipment.

  • Make / Receive Phone Calls
  • Resolving IT Trouble Tickets
  • Updating a ticketing system 
  • Maintaining notes & documenting time
  • Onsite troubleshooting at client locations

Required Skills

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Understanding of Key Microsoft Products
  • Understanding of Windows and Mac Operating System
  • Understanding of Mobile Devices i.e Cellphones, Tablets etc.
  • Understanding of Network Printers
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Understanding of Software Backup Solutions

Experience

  • 1 Years of IT Experience or Equivalent Training
