We are seeking:
A Project Manager with 5 to 10 years relevant experience in designing and overseeing all aspects of a project including: coordination with consultants, contractors and internal project teams, detailing and construction document preparation, construction administration, management and quality control of multifamily residential. commercial and industrial projects.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of professional experience
- BArch or MArch degree from an accredited university
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Client service oriented and creative problem solver
- Demonstrated computer savvy:
- Expert use of CAD (Other Programs and/or SketchUp a plus)
- Expert use of MS Office (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
- Other computer graphic skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,775.00 - $79,885.00 per year
