Overview

This position will be responsible for the implementation and management of the companies cloud and on-premise network environment. This position is responsible for monitoring, installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• 3 years managing and supporting a multi-site LAN or SD-WAN
• Installation, management and administration of full Meraki stack (MX, MS, MR, and MV)
• Analyze technical needs, requirements, and state of the network’s infrastructure design, integration, and operations.
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting Layer 2 and 3 networks
• Experience supporting remote satellite locations and maintaining a standardized network configuration
• Experience in supporting and maintaining firewall rulesets
• Knowledge and troubleshooting skills using network monitoring tools
• Support, administer, and design documentation as it relates to infrastructure configuration
• Experience in PowerCLI and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with DRaaS and performing DR testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent job experience.
• Participate in projects to improve the environment on an ongoing basis.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment. 
• Excellent technical documentation skills
• Provide recommendations where appropriate to IT Director and VP of Information Technology on infrastructure improvement opportunities.
• Serve as an escalation path for the Service Desk as needed for high tier issues
• Travel - up to 10% 
• Off hour on call support as required
