Pete's RV is looking for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our Parts Department. The desired candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming parts shipments from our vendor partners.
• Inspect all incoming shipments for damage and verify for accuracy.
• Maintain, organize, and manage all shipping and receiving documents including special orders, purchase orders, invoices, return authorizations and receiving reports.
• Assist inventory planner with all vendor part returns.
• Maintain bin locations.
• Assist accounting department in invoice processing.
• Assist in weekly/monthly/yearly inventory cycle counts.
• Help stage parts to service technicians.
• Provide daily part order statuses to service department.

• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Must be able to operate a forklift
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly professional and dependable
• Safety and customer service oriented
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Uses sound inventory practices to always maintain a healthy parts inventory.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Maintain an Excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) - a MUST!!

Pay: $20-$22 based on experience
