Internal Job Title: Dealer Tire Claims Specialist

Submit claims and attach all follow up documentation for claims eligible for the Dealer Tire subrogation portal.

Job Responsibilities :

• Submit claims eligible under the Dealer Tire program via the Sonsio Web portal
• Review and attach follow up documentation post submission
• Review documentation backlog
• Maintain submission reports and assist with process improvements
• Update claim information to reflect submissions
• Read and maintain spreadsheets

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to troubleshoot and service policy issues
• Strong computer skills and proficient in Windows and MS Office Products
• Analytical and problem-solving skills. Superior verbal/written skills and communications skills
• Interpersonal skills essential, ability to handle complex situations. Exercises sound judgment when interacting with customers.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently to meet key Service Level standards
• Good punctuation, spelling, mathematical, grammar, and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge and understanding of forms manager, and ability to review terms & conditions on all contracts
• Experience dealing with automotive tire with a firm grasp of the technical specifications and terminology used in the industry
• Knowledge of Tire & Wheel (strongly preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
