The Lead Care Provider supports our management team in providing PRN, (as needed or as the situation arises) care services to our diverse base of clients. This position should anticipate 40 hours per week, including staffing coordination for Care Provider "Call-Offs", as well as serving as a first-responder to new clients and or emerging care situations. The Lead Care Provider may also assist with Care Provider - Client Introductions, Care Visits, and Care Provider training.
