PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

Clinical Coordinator provides programmatic support through clinical needs. The Clinical Coordinator reports to the Clinical Supervisor.It is a fulltime exempt in office position; the salary range for this position is $40,000- $50,000 annually

• Assist with maintaining the Family, Education, and Training Program.
• Assist with intake and discharge, this includes but is not limited to attending intake meetings, completing assessments, and conducting observations.
• Conduct trainings which include but are not limited to New Hire Clinical Piece, Behavior Plans, Clinical specific trainings, etc.
• Conduct workshops on a variety of different topics inclusive of self-advocacy, self-care, positive relationships, healthy habits, etc. for both programs as needed.
• Attend/Chair IRC, HRC and IDT meetings as needed.
• Conduct observations as needed for those requiring additional clinical support.
• Responsible for conducting assessments and planning for people supported through ISS, IRA, and Career Supports.
• Implement QA for all programs to increase number of persons supported.
• Consult with programs for new enrollments.
• Provide clinical support to residential homes in accordance with regulations.
• All other assignments deemed necessary by supervisor.

Travel Requirements May require travel to off-site events.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required in related fields such as: Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Mental Health, etc.
• Minimum of 1-year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of 1-year experience working in a clinical setting, preferred.
