Performive is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Account Executive. This is a HUNTER role! You will be responsible for pursuing and closing new logos via heavy prospecting efforts with your personal network as well as cold calling.  In addition, you will engage and close opportunities generated by our channel partners and marketing efforts.  Using strong solution sales skills, you will help to identify customer's needs/pain point and demonstrate the value of Performive's solutions

Requirements: 

  • Min 2-5 years of Cloud or Managed Services sales experience is MANDATORY
  • A Valid Drivers License to commute and make sales calls
  • Ability to travel as needed to attend events and meet with prospect customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

 

Educational / Vocational Experience Recommendations: 

  • Experience working for a VAR, Managed Services Provider, Hosting or IT Consulting Firm.
  • Preferred experience and knowledge of VMware and Veeam product suite and services
  • Salesforce or comparable CRM experience preferred.

 

What you will be doing:

  • New logo pursuit/acquisition through heavy self prospecting and  individual networking
  • Engaging and closing opportunity generation from our Marketing and Channel teams
  • Uncover customer's pain points and communicate Performive's value position in solving them.
  • Effectively represent and present the value of Performive to prospects, customer and partners via presentations and proposal deliveries
  • Be the quarterback for all of your customers, managing internal resources for timely response and engagement with customers throughout the sales process
  • Proper reporting and tracking of all prospects and opportunities within Sales Force CRM
  • Be a known entity in your market, as the "Go-to" resource
  • Maintain and achieve certifications in product knowledge
