Responsibilities and Duties
This is a door to door sales position in which you will be responsible for increasing sales by setting appointments with potential customers for them to receive a presentation for replacement windows. You will attend a team meeting each work day where you will learn, practice, set goals, report progress, and plan for the day.
Qualifications and Skills
Must Haves: Personal vehicle, some sales or customer service experience, communication skills, ability to handle rejection, ability to learn quickly.
Nice to Haves: Social perceptiveness, adaptability/flexibility, active-listening skills, familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology.
Pay and Benefits
Pay is purely commission-based. You will make between $6,000 and $9,000 per month starting out.
