We currently have a career opportunity for a Program/Project Manager to join our team located in Denver, CO.

The Program/Project Manager role is intended to manage and adapt continuously to project goals. This highly collaborative role will need to work closely with all team members and stakeholders, in order to deliver quality solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment that embodies Agile delivery principles.
• Maintain project and technical goals set forth by our teams and clients.
• Strong scope management skills and ability to partner with client to manage scope expectations
• Establish an effective and trusted communication style based on client sponsor needs
• Manage overall project organization to ensure requirements, project deliverable dates and status can be clearly communicated.
• Proactively work with other teams to manage project interdependencies
• Demonstrate skilled problem-solving capabilities so risks and issues are fully understood, and mitigation options are established
• Effectively balance the needs of the client, as well as the needs of the internal teams.
• Manage resources for each assigned project to ensure that the project remains on schedule.
• Manage resource performance through frequent communication and feedback
• Anticipate any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking.
• Track sprint progress against overall project objectives.
• Work closely with account leads to remain in full communication on the status and details of each project, including any cost or timing issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience leading business systems implementation projects.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading projects in an Agile development environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients and delivery team members.
• Proactive work style with strong customer service orientation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present to an executive audience.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a high-level of EQ
• Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certified ScrumMaster
• PMP certification
• Experience in a Consulting role
