Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Gardens located in Rochester, NY is a leading provider of senior memory care is committed to providing its residents with exceptional care and supervision.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Community Relations Director.

Schedule:  Part Time 

Salary: Starting at $31/hour - based on experience

Community Relations Director Responsibilities include:

  • Generate qualified leads to the Community by creating an understanding of the value of the Community through local outreach, public relations, coordinator of advertising, direct mail, and other marketing vehicles.
  • Accurately maintain the Community’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by collecting and entering information about new inquiries and recording consistent and appropriate follow up communication with inquires and prospective residents.
  • Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and document in Community’s CRM database per PSL policies and procedures.
  • Accurately track quantity vs. quality of referral activity, determining appropriate follow up actions.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries, remotely and in real time where possible, and conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents and interested parties.

Community Relations Director Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • A minimum of two years’ sales experience, in the senior living industry preferred
  • A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is preferred
  • Working knowledge of computers (including Microsoft Office) and Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM)
