Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst III to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

Telecom Documentation and Training:

• Create and update training documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
• Create, review, and update technical documents based on incorporation of new technology in the EVoIP environment.
• Create training videos and other user documentation for new EVoIP features.
• Work with EVoIP operations staff to analyze ticket trends, identify training needs, and conduct training with end users as well as other EOUSA organizations.
• Organize and conduct moderately complex training System Managers (technical) and/or user (non-technical) personnel.
• Responsible for development of instructional curriculum and materials; gathering and assimilating information on subject matter, organizing and condensing training materials, and preparing course outlines, handouts, and visual aid materials.
• Coordinates with technical subject matter experts to ensure that prepared courses meet stated objectives.
• Responsible for maintaining records of training activities and program effectiveness.

Task Management Assistance

• Prioritize and manage multiple enterprise tasks in varying stages simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines
• Track task performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• BS degree and 5-7 years experience or MS degree and 3-5 years experience or high school diploma/equivalent and minimum 9 years experience
• Possess a high level of telecom voice support knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in different stages simultaneously, and demonstrate strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills while being comfortable communicating recommendations and updates to peers and external vendors.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as with a diverse team of individuals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams.
• Ability to pass a 7 year background investigation, including US Citizenship, credit, criminal and driving record check.
• U.S. Citizenship required; DOJ EOD security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• EVOIP telecommunications analysis experience 

• Experience with PRI provisioning, activation and testing; including number ports, circuit and POTS
• line ordering and provisioning.
• Prior government contract experience with FTS, Networx, GSA or FAR.
• Knowledge and experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies.
• ITIL Certification
