Responsibilities

Manages assigned group of Program Control Analysts who provide on-site administrative support and coordination to various contract(s), project(s), task(s) or business unit (s). Has oversight of the analyses and preparation of reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets, financial forecasts and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Duties may include the management of contract accounting and reporting, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration. Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules. Oversees personnel records, facility administration and purchases equipment and supplies. Participates in introducing the Company operating standards, Plans objectives and goals for staff and selects and trains new employees.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent and 16 years' experience, or a Master’s degree and 14 years' experience, or a PhD with 10 years' experience
• Must possess an active SECRET level security clearance or higher
• Must have at least 10 years of experience managing facility modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity including 3 years’ experience managing projects within administrative and logistical constraints of PAC AOR.
• Must possess PMP certification

Salary Range

Salary Minimum: $97,500 Salary Mid: $195,000 Salary Maximum: $243,800 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.
