Responsibilities

Peraton is looking for someone who can manage a several hundred person staff with a diverse culture supporting a multi-CCMD customer base and be a key contributor to our team as the Program Manager. You will be required to execute the programs scope and objective, organize, coordinate and implement the program. Provide day-to-day program direction, ensuring quality standards, program tracking, and analysis of assigned aspects of the program and control cost, schedule and performance. Provide technical and analytic guidance to program team. As principal representative, provide status updates to the Government on the program.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

 

Active TS/SCI

12 years of experience, with a minimum of five years of experience managing a program similar in complexity to the requirements of this TO. (BS 12-15, MS 10-13, Phd 10 )

Minimum of bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Demonstrated experience drafting and implementing Program Management Plans, Transition-In Plans, and identifying risk with applicable mitigation plans.

An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Previous military experience

Previous experience managing a program valued at $50M annually

Previous experience managing FEDSIM programs

Previous MISO or OIE experience

Salary Range

Salary Minimum: $97,500 Salary Mid: $195,000 Salary Maximum: $243,800 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.
