Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Software Developer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals to support a large .NET application. The ideal candidate will be focused on the TSA Transportation Vetting System (TVS), a credentialing system. The team candidate shall possess experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation. The candidate should also be experienced in query development and reporting, user interface design and development, mobile application development,Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and DevOps, and Test automation.

Day to Day Work Responsibilities may include:

• Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
• Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
• May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.

Position requires the candidate to be located in the Colorado Springs, CO area. NO remote telecommuting allowed, however, occasional telework is allowed. In office rotation is required about 4x per month.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

• BS degree and 5-7 years experience or MS degree and 3-5 years experience or high school diploma/equivalent and minimum 9 years experience 
• Minimum one (1) years of experience on complex technical projects, including work on highly available, national security systems.
• Data analysis and reconciliation experience
• Multi-source data integration and deduplication experience
• Analysis of trends and patterns, query development and reporting experience
• User interface design and development experience
• Hands-on, working knowledge of the following products: .Net Framework, - SQL Server
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, professional documentation
• United States Citizenship required; DoD Secret clearance required (can begin work with interim status)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a large scale Federal IT Program
• Experience working with SAFe Agile delivery framework

Colorado Salary Minimum: $67,600 Colorado Salary Maximum: $164,000 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
