Responsibilities

This contract will provide a broad range of technical Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in support of the customer’s Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) mission. Team members shall support EIT-service governance, development, implementation, maintenance, and compliance of Infrastructure services to include the technical services to engineer, configure, test, install, integrate, operate, monitor, maintain, and sustain software, database storage, and cloud based services at classified and unclassified locations. The contract will also provide governance, development, implementation, maintenance, change and modernization of EIT spaces. This position is located in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer, or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer science with 14 years of related experience
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required
• Minimum 14 years of experience as a HE analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions
• Experience in preparing engineering plans and site installation Technical Design Packages and preparing drawings documenting as-built configurations at each site, as well as site installation and test reports
• Demonstrated experience in configuring computers, communications devices and peripheral equipment
• Strong background in organizing and directing hardware installations across multiple sites
• Experience designing and verifying test harnesses/simulated interfaces for all test and integration phases
• Able to analyze and recommend hardware specifications for project-unique or modified commercial hardware
• Capable of assisting with building simulations of proposed systems and provides hardware throughput analyses to system engineers
• Experience with preparing Mean-Time-Between-Failure and Mean-Time-To-Repair analyses
