Responsibilities

• Documents problems they are experiencing and gathers information necessary for problem resolution 
• Provides support in the form of troubleshooting activities for standard problems encountered by end-users 
• Follows established methodologies or procedures to determine end-user problems and provide a solution 
• Assists the team by investigating current environment, recommending solutions, escalating as needed, and integrating standard solutions 
• Collaborate with software systems engineering, applications support, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem 
• Run Daily Checks
• Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention to the appropriate resource per the escalation procedure 
• Administrator ETL Tool 
• Monitor Workflow and Process 
• Data Loading and Staging 
• Reading and Understanding Logs 

Required Qualifications 

• A BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline. However, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 
• You have 3 years of demonstrable professional experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer role
• Expereince support an IC customer
• You have a current Secret security clearance.

Desired Qualifications 

• Familiar monitoring tools. 
• Have experience with ETL 
• Used Informatica 

Qualifications

Requires 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 7 to 9 years with Ph.D.

Salary Range

Salary Minimum: $72,500 Salary Mid: $145,000 Salary Maximum: $181,300 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.
