Job Description

This position reports to the Customer Care Supervisor and does not manage employees. 
The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Normal Hours: M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm (Hours could vary occasionally)
 
Essential Duties:
  • Process employee/customer sales transactions.
  • Answer phones & customer e-mails.
  • Help with class registrations and ticket sales.
  • Maintain ticket ledgers.
  • Filing.
  • Maintain Bulletin Board.
  • Pricing/Stocking of store merchandise.
  • Assist with Inventory procedures and maintain store appearance (daily).
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution via phone or email.
  • Maintain accuracy when processing customer adjustments/ requests.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing PERA goals.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools we offer.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Greet customers warmly.
  • Cashiering.
  • Handle product recalls.
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions.
  • Work with the manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

  • Analysis/problem-solving/adaptability.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Position Requirements/Competencies:
  • Some retail/sales experience is a must.
  • Works independently within established procedures associated with specific job functions.
  • Computer proficiency (MS 365/Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Participates in complex tasks related to the job function.
  • Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of multitasking with quality assurance, and time management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Possess acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team Proven customer support experience.
  • Familiar with Sharepoint & LS/Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
