Per Se is Hiring a Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) Near Naperville, IL
- Troubleshoot issues, perform immediate repairs, execute preventive maintenance on equipment
- Assemble & Install New Equipment & Lines
- Perform equipment changeovers and production line setups
- Support & assist Product Trials
- Suggest / Request Parts / Inventory Parts
- Resolve Work Requests – M or Radio Calls
- Perform accurate & successful PM’s
- Write End of Shift Report
- Fill out M Personal Work Orders
- Can read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service, research parts needed and generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory
- Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines
- 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience required (experience in a high-paced food production company is a plus)
- Ethical conduct, problem solving mindset and technical capability
- Ability to follow specifications and read electrical schematics
- Welding, fabrication, and machining mill skills preferred
- Electrical trouble shooting experience
- Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
