Job Summary

The System Analyst III will collaborate with business management and users to design, build, configure, and support SAP processes for managing Energy Choice Suppliers, Warranty Programs, and related Customer functions such as billing and customer service. Incumbent will work primarily with SAP Intercompany Data Exchange (IDEX) and associated interface processes. Incumbent will work with the business to develop/update application roadmaps, identify solutions to new business needs, support projects, drive enhancements that generate business value, and analyze and troubleshoot software and operational issues.

The Systems Analyst III serves as a highly skilled advisor to the business on all matters related to the use of SAP IDEX configuration and other assigned software applications. Role requires strong product/technical knowledge, a high-level of customer focus and business knowledge as well as the ability to identify and implement solutions to business needs and problems. The ability to contribute and play a leadership role in cross-functional teams is required, as is working and communicating effectively with software vendors, consultants, and other departments within IT.

The Systems Analyst III provides guidance and assistance to less experienced employees within the IT Applications department, and is a leader in supporting and improving departmental processes and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, build, configure, and support Energy Choice Supplier, Warranty, and other related business processes and applications in a SAP IS-U environment.Monitor daily operational processes and interfaces and resolve issues as required.

Use detailed product knowledge to design and deliver high quality and well architected solutions. Build personal expertise to reduce reliance on outside resources for support.Triage and troubleshoot complex user issues.Partner with business to understand business problems and suggest solutions.Organize and lead meetings. Interact effectively with business management, users, software vendors, and other IT personnel.

Basic Qualifications

What you’ll Bring: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or relevant technical field7 years minimum experience supporting, implementing, and designing software applications.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC 6, preferably in a Utility environment.Experience with SAP IDE/IDEX.
