What is the function, impact of this role?
This is a very critical role, central to our growth strategy and the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties that involve all the aspects of the candidate management, sourcing, and screening(interviewing).
A successful Talent Associate will be able to see what needs to be done, and get it done! This is a very influential position that will demand huge attention to detail, intuitive understanding of how to fill your day when not ‘told what to do’ while looking to grow their own skill set.
