The Marketing Coordinator will support Acme Corrugated Box’s marketing and communications efforts through partnering with our 3rd party Digital Marketing Partner for strategic management of websites, social media, email campaigns, and other tactics. We are looking for a dynamic team player that will capitalize on current trends to contribute to Acme Corrugated Box’s strategic sales growth. In addition to a creative mind and digital expertise, we are seeking someone who takes direction and feedback well, works well in a collaborative environment and understands the importance of storytelling.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be liaison b/w Acme and 3rd party marketing partner- running point on:
o Website; updates and maintenance
o Blog and articles; content coordination and proofing
o Social media; idea generation; scheduling, edit/proofing
o Email campaigns; schedule, creation, proofing, tracking
o Printed materials; idea generation, proofing and editing
o Internal marketing process flow; making sure internal review and feedback is efficient Branding and Creative – ID opportunities/situations to enhance our branding and brand image
Video – identify opportunities where video production is necessary and coordinate with key parties and vendors
Help coordinate branded customer give aways and promotional items
Help coordinate corporate events and semiannual newsletter
Assist with conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data
Supporting the Sales Manager in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations
Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
Work with Sales Coordinator to ensure marketing materials align with current strategy and content
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of three to five years of experience performing a wide variety of digital marketing functions, including email marketing and social media
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience launching and overseeing social media campaigns
Strong time management skills
Working knowledge of WordPress
MS Office
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within B2B Industries Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Working knowledge of Pardot and SFDC; Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
