PEOPLEASE, LLC is Hiring a Remote Implementation Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

PEOPLEASE is looking for an Implementation Manager to join our organization. The purpose of the role is to manage the Implementation of new clients across all Regional teams' to ensure an efficient onboarding and seamless welcoming client experience. This role at PEOPLEASE will lead, manage and organize the implementation schedules for new clients across regions, and manage existing clients' new product implementations while collaborating and communicating inter-departmentally with cross-functional shared services teams and Third-Party Administrators.

A successful Implementation Manager will partner with new clients to develop accurate, compliant, and timely deliverables. Liaise with PEOPLEASE's regional and cross-functional departments to address concerns, resolve new client issues, and provide day-to-day system support and training.

Some responsibilities will include but are not limited to supervising the Implementation Specialists, providing skills training within the team, and new clients as needed. Actively collaborating for quick resolution, flagging non-compliant concerns to appropriate teams. Auditing new client setup for all core PEOPLEASE services and products and ensuring audits on client payroll implementation before confirming payroll—additionally, briefing Regional General Managers and Enterprise Solutions Leadership on client status, resolutions, and successes.

Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to function as a remote employee in a distributed work team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

An ideal Implementation Manager should be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven remote distributed team working environment. Execute the coordination of multiple projects, set and get client expectations, and demonstrate excellent collaboration skills with effective written and verbal communication. Success in this role will require skills in Microsoft Office, PrismHR, and Client Space technology platforms.

  • Supervise a team of Implementation Specialists across regions, manage new client onboarding schedules and assign client implementation per region based on Specialist skill level.
  • Act as Implementation Consultant for larger Enterprise Solutions' clients.
  • Own the Sales-to-Services transition process, learn the strategic objectives of the new client, concerns, and issues for the Implementation process.
  • Display ability to influence at all levels within PEOPLEASE internally and the client's organization for a stellar client experience.
  • Provide regular progress status briefings to the Regional General Manager on the status of the new client's onboarding, Implementation Specialist, and any client concerns on high exposure issues arising during the new client implementation process.
  • Builds quality relationships with sales and service team members to meet quality standards.
  • Resolve audit findings as needed. 
  • Ensures all Specialists follow collaborative Implementation to Service new client account transitions.
  • Establish methodical steps for a soft client transition, updating Service teams on all client facts Assesses current processes, establishes standards, and makes recommendations to the Implementation Manager for client interaction and problem resolution.
  • Maintain, enhance, and broaden knowledge and skills of software applications and industry practices.
  • Continuously seeks ways to enhance procedures and people's overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Bring Strong Gap Analysis and Risk Mitigation skills to the implementation experience where needed, assuring proactive behaviors are followed.
  • Ensure project operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • BS/BA degree required in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 plus years of experience in managing others would be ideal.
  • 6 plus years of hands-on experience in project management/account implementation experience required working in or supporting a multi-client and multi-state organization.
  • Knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office 365, Prism HR, and project management software preferred.
  • Experience in Payroll Processing Systems, preferability with PrismHR System.
  • Professional Employer Organization (PEO) experience will be given special significance.
  • Proficient project management skills demonstrated a track record of success in leading critical initiatives from start to finish.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and articulate business needs to internal partners and vendors.
  • Ability to build relationships of trust with new and existing clients and constantly add value and credibility to a service model.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and HR compliance skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong business acumen, flexibility, and resilience with a strategic outlook are preferred.
  • Experienced organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellence in client-facing communication skills and interdepartmental collaboration
  • Ability to conduct business in an ethical compliant manner
  • Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

This position will be working primarily indoors and some of the time in an outdoor environment. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures. The normal auto and air travel hazards will apply.
