The SDET will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests that support the QA process by mechanizing test cases, improving efficiency and code coverage for our release process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain software to automate the testing of our products.
• Assesses and understands the flow of code and its interaction with various processes.
• Analyzing and reviewing functional and technical specifications with multiple resources to create test plans and manual test cases.
• Writing test plans and test cases based on requirements.
• Troubleshoot bugs, scripts, and other issues on mobile, desktop, and web-based platforms.
• Documenting bugs within the software and managing bug resolution with development resources.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Expertise and demonstrated delivery of automating high quality software testing processes.
• Deep understanding of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Working knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and principles.
• Experience with the Agile development process.
• Detailed oriented, methodical, and organized in your thinking.
• Understand the software development lifecycle.

YOUR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical degree.
• Software development experience with a focus and commitment to software testing.
• Professional work experience in JavaScript preferred.
