In this role, you will analyze pastfinancial performance to predict future performance and to advise the company on its financial strategy.The successful candidate will be a self-led individual that works under only very general supervision tomeet deadlines/goals.What You'll Do: ●Support day-to-day finance operations of the company: Budgeting/Forecasting, PerformanceAnalysis, Process Improvement● Act as a financial resource for cross-functional partners across the organization (marketing,operations, R&D)●Lead continuous development of financial reporting, including the development of systems-basedreporting automation (e.g. NetSuite, Tableau)● Support planning activities including annual operating plans and quarterly re-forecasts bycollaborating with cross-functional partners● Support key reporting processes (monthly close, operating reviews) by delivering operationaldashboards and providing finance support to help identify opportunities for continuousperformance improvement● Assist with strategic projects related to launching new products, expanding operations,establishing partnerships, and other initiatives as requiredKnowledge Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.● 4 years of Finance FP&A experience in a growing company from a relevant industry (biotech,manufacturing). Prior experience in Finance operations is preferred● Super User of Microsoft Excel with exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills.
