Position: Security Analyst

Clearance: Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) is required and current within the last five years

Work Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday onsite (Regular Full-time)

Work Authorization: United States (Required) 

Position Summary

The Security Analyst will be responsible for counterintelligence activities to, include detecting, identifying, and assessing adversary intentions and capabilities. This may include developing programs, systems, and procedures designed to counter foreign intelligence collection efforts and activities of foreign entities, including sabotage and terrorist activities. You must be able to work onsite in Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Position Qualifications

• Experience with controlling highly competitive information via secure techniques
• Inspection skills include identifying requirements, assessing compliance, and proper reporting techniques.
• Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems
• Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams
• Must successfully complete client's Quality, Safety, and Mission Assurance inspector training/certification within 6 months.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience organizing and leading multi-disciplined security teams. 
• Possess a minimum of five (5) years working on missile defense-related or other complex large DoD program/project
• BA/BS from an accredited institution of higher learning in Security/CI fields.
• Familiar with Analyst Notebook software
• Available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand
• Excellent briefing and technical writing skills
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Read, speak, and understand the English language fluently
• Expert experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools and systems to include Excel, Project, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint
• Complete a security screening interview 
• Must maintain clearance, and eligibility throughout employment
• Must meet client suitability
