Reports To: Operations Lead

Summary: Process daily shipments, and complete internet orders promptly and accurately. Load and unload daily truck shipments. Ensure internet orders are shipped accurately when directed.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management upon circumstances.

• Process daily shipment

• Maintain store cleanliness

• Maintain stock in store

• Stay in constant communication with management on progress in projects/daily tasks

• Picking/Shipping

• Assisting with markdowns when directed by management

• Completing recommended transfers

• Return to vendors when directed by management

• Assist in finding problem internet orders

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related retail experience and/or training.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to fill out the appropriate paperwork. Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and volume.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software; spreadsheet software; Inventory software; Internet software; order processing systems, and database software.
