Peczuh Printing Company is Hiring a Customer Account Manager Near Lindon, UT

Position Summary:

The Account Manager will be responsible for taking incoming jobs from sales staff and processing the order through the internal systems of the company and providing support to the sales department. This position is a key contact for the customer once an order is placed and may accept orders directly from the customer. She/he will manage and facilitate the proof process and may be responsible for managing billing & alteration charges. He/she will organize and review each job’s components, comparing to original estimate, prepare and communicate specifications to the various production departments from start to finish.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned jobs through the scheduling process
  • Review each job’s components, comparing to original estimate
  • Monitor progress of jobs through the entire production process
  • Effectively present and discuss company products & services
  • Utilizing MIS, ensure job instructions are complete
  • Ensure job is placed into production schedule queue in MIS
  • Analyze & provide solutions for client
  • Maintain strong client relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Possess a high attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Possess or able to obtain a strong understanding of the print process
  • At least 2 – 4 years’ experience in customer service/account management (preferred)
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience using MIS software (preferred)
