Your role with us:
As a Parts Sales Manager for Pearson Packaging Systems, you will be responsible for providing daily leadership for our Aftermarket Parts Sales team and supporting the VP of Aftermarket Sales & Service to achieve revenue targets and a high level of customer satisfaction. This role will require the development and management of procedures and policies governing parts pricing, departmental training, customer correspondence, and dispute resolution.

What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree of equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of Customer Service, Sales and demonstrated leadership skills
Experience developing and managing parts pricing models
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and strong computer skills
Experience with ERP and CRM systems, Epicor preferred
2D and 3D CAD reading and interpretation
Packaging, Automation, or Manufacturing experience preferred
