We are seeking Scrum Master for a 3-6 month assignment for a project with a client in the customer experience/service industry.

As the Scrum Master, you will lead high-performing Scrum teams with the opportunity to drive Agile maturity and innovative approaches across teams. You will be responsible for ensuring Agile Scrum best practices are implemented and a well-defined SDLC is maintained. As Scrum Master, you will facilitate your teams’ Agile ceremonies and ensure deliverables are completed on time, efficiently, and well. Candidates must possess strong leadership experience with both onshore and offshore teams, strong communication skills with demonstrated experience in cross-team collaboration, and a strong track record of leading teams delivering high-quality software.

Requirements 

• 3 years of Scrum Master experience in a fast-paced Software Development Environment
• 3yrs working in an IT-related role, preferably Software Development
• Strong Agile Experience
• Coordinates an agile development team, and ensures all activities use the principles of the Scrum Framework
• Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas
• Makes decisions regarding work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction, and receives guidance where needed
• Support teams by understanding and removing impediments, escalating to SDMs or Senior Scrum Master with a clear context of impediments, as well as coaching on successful team performance and interactions
• Leads Scrum Team on delivery of business capabilities, by gaining ownership of cross-team/cross-value stream projects, and gaining the trust of major players in project delivery.
• Experience in working in multi-team environment
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Experience with JIRA or similar
