Peak Technologies is Hiring a Technical Program Manager Near Alpharetta, GA

The Technical Program Manager will develop, create, and delivery a best-in-class training experience to direct employees and indirect partners. The ideal candidate has experience creating trainingprograms for both in person and online courses, is a self-starter and is passionate about teaching and managing complex programs. Responsibilities: Conduct and coordinate training classes in accordance with Peak Technologies highest standards Collaborative development, review, and delivery of Peak Technologies training material Responsible for organizational and administrative support within the training department Assist in creating supportive training material to be utilized in training classes Running and assessing remote certification events and exams for candidates, as well as contributing to exam definition, creation, and maintenance Being part of the team responsible for Train the Trainer activity, enabling customers, partners, and employees to scale classroom training Conduct subject-based training demos and workshops Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees or consultation with managers Develop training material, documentation, quick tips and/or best practice guides Create ‘How To” training videos, Job Aids and FAQ’s as required Continuous Improvement - Assists in driving a continuous improvement strategy within the business to result in on-going incremental gains in quality and efficiency Support solution and new service program details through multiple forms of communication (written, verbal, in-person, and webinars), with key internal stakeholders. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Support project actions and timelines – participate in project design meetings, propose improvements, evaluate problems, and develop solutions Manage project related documentation and content by ensuring all necessary materials are current, in compliance, and maintained. Achieves operational goals set by the Company Supports corporate initiatives and decisions Performs other duties/special projects as assignedJob Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience Proven experience as technical trainer Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects Experience in designing technical course content Ability to address training needs with complete courses Certificate in instructional design or equivalent is suggested Experience as a technical trainer, corporate trainer, or similar Top-notch administrative, research, and troubleshooting skills Project management fundamentals and experience Outstanding analytical, planning, and assessment abilities Ability to host fun and accessible training workshops Knack for detecting and removing barriers to learning A team player attitude Excellent attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with and respond to individuals and/or groups both within the organization and outside of the organization
