We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, have a strong background in MS office applications, be able to work on your own and in a team setting, and be a leader to our team!
Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Take detailed notes during calls, texts, and meetings
· Write and distribute emails, text messages, letters, and forms.
· Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
· Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
· Keep up to date customer profiles
· Organize and schedule appointments
· Create maintenance schedule for smooth day to day operations
· Create and send invoices via QuickBooks
Qualifications and Skills:
· Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Ability to interact with
· Excellent time management skills
· Previous experience working with QuickBooks, MS Office,
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work in a team setting as well as on your own
· Leadership skills
Schedule:
· 40 hours per week
· Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Compensation:
· $22 per hour with bonuses
