Peak Dental Services is growing and adding a Marketing Assistant to our growing Marketing team. The Marketing Assistant reports to our Director of Marketing and supports the marketing team supporting our team with a variety of administrative functions. The primary role of the Marketing Assistant is to support the administrative and social media functions of our marketing team, which supports the corporate Dental Support Organization, currently with 59 locations in Colorado, Texas, and expanding.
What with the day-to-day look like for the Marketing Assistant?
Communications Calendar and Social Media - Assist with creating a communication calendar to include monthly and quarterly sales goals, loyalty promotions, and holidays. Execute results-minded, engaging communications and social media plans to amplify our company and dental practice centers’ efforts.
Project Management & Acquisitions - Oversee and manage marketing projects and acquisitions, tracking next steps, deadlines, and more. Assist with new program setup, communications, and implementation.
Brand and Creative - Partner with vendors and contractors to update and refresh creative for all channels (websites, logos, signage, and other collateral). It may include light graphic design work and familiarity with Canva.
Internal Communications - Provide weekly and monthly reporting on KPI and loyalty metrics for field team and leadership. This includes creating content, designing, and distributing a monthly company newsletter.
SOP & Database Management - Create and manage marketing database, photo library, branded assets, and program toolkits.
Marketing Loyalty Programs - Assist with continued efforts to increase program awareness, performance management, goal creation, internal contests, patient communication, and training materials.
Financial Reporting - Assist with monthly accounting reconciliation, invoicing, and budgeting.
