Growing at a rapid pace, PDI Health (PD) is now looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. The Tier 1 CSR is responsible for processing customer orders and handling all other basic customer service inquiries that come in either by phone, fax, or email. The Tier 1 CSR will make it a priority to understand the customer’s requests and assist in any way possible for a positive outcome. They will assist with pushing images to the radiologists to ensure results are provided back to the customer or ordering practitioner within the Company’s established turnaround times. The Tier 1 CSR will work directly with field technologists, the radiologist, or their support staff to troubleshoot any issues with images, image routing, or results. The Tier 1 CSR must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for helping others. All new CSR’s start at a Tier 1 for one year and is eligible for a promotion to a Tier 2 on their 1-year anniversary date barring there are no attendance or other disciplinary documents in the personnel file within the past 6 months.
Schedule: Saturdayand Sunday; 8am - 4:30pm
