We are currently hiring a Medical Records Coordinator for our pharmacy in Harmarville. This is a full-time position under the direct supervision of the Director of Pharmacy. The Medical Records Coordinator (MRC) will be responsible for managing all medical records changes, including printing and sending monthly forms, monitoring their return, and contacting physicians for prescription refills. The MRC will also assist the pharmacists with data entry, answering the phone, ordering, and checking cycle medications against current MAR.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
