The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for multiple duties related to assisting consumers, clients and agency partners in an independent and professional manner. The Client Relations Specialist is expected to consistently meet accuracy, procedural and production standards while adhering to established client service agreements.

Qualifications & Experience

This is not a work from home position. We currently require a 60 day no absence probationary period for the first two months. The individual will be expected to:

• Exhibit great communication skills and be able to communicate with customers, clients, and leadership at all levels
• Answer incoming telephone and correspondence requests from consumers and clients in a professional manner while complying with Pendrick policies and procedures
• Work and resolve account level issues on multiple systems
• Update account records with relevant information such as bankruptcy or deceased information
• Strictly adhere to Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to consumer debt
• Handle consumers’ complaints, provide appropriate resolutions, and work with leadership to track complaints and resolutions
• Possess a high attention to detail
• Multi-task and stay organized
• Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor

Candidate Attributes

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Knowledge and understanding of collections and/or medical debt is helpful but not required
• Understanding of FDCPA and FCRA; helpful but not required
